10bet Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions

1. 10bet Loyalty Club is the loyalty programme of 10bet. The loyalty programme membership entitles the members (10bet registered players) the right to earn benefits in the form of Loyalty Points, which can be redeemed for rewards in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the programme.
2. All registered players (Players), who created their 10bet account before the launch of 10bet’s Loyalty Club, will join the loyalty programme automatically with their first wager.
3. Once the Players start betting on sports (minimum required odds of 1.20), or playing games available on 10bet’s website, they automatically start earning experience points (XP) and coins. In addition, Players can collect experience points (XP) and coins while playing with bonus funds, excluding free spins.
4. XP and coins are earned at an equal rate as per the table below:

5. The maximum number of points that can be won from a one single bet on sports or games are 500.
6. All the necessary information about the gained XP and coins is available to the Player in My Profile/Account section. The Player's loyalty tier will be determined by the amount of XP they earned, and the coins can be exchanged for rewards at the Marketplace. The Player can choose between various rewards of different types: Cash, Tangible Rewards, Free Spins, Free Bets and Bonuses, which will result in real-money winnings. 10bet reserves the right to change the value of the rewards and/or convert Player’s Loyalty Points to a reward of another type and/or value.
7. The earned XP will remain available to the Player and will not expire if there is no activity in Player’s account.
8. If a Player has no real-money activity on their account for 90 consecutive days, a 10% deduction will be applied to their total loyalty coin balance.
9. For each additional full calendar month of inactivity after the initial 90 days, a further 10% will be deducted from the remaining loyalty coin balance.
10. If a Player’s loyalty coin balance drops to 100 coins or fewer, the entire remaining balance will be deducted.
11. "Inactivity" is defined as having no real-money activity on the account, this includes no deposits, no wagers and no gameplay.
12. Any real-money activity by the Player will reset the inactivity timer to zero, stopping any future deductions.
13. The coins the Player accumulated have no monetary value and may only be exchanged at the Marketplace for the available rewards, such as: Cash, Free Spins, Free Bets, Bonuses, Tangible Rewards. Each reward at the Marketplace is linked to a reward description that provides the terms for wagering this reward. XP points do not have a monetary value as well and cannot be used in the marketplace. Their sole purpose is to determine the Player's tier in the loyalty programme.
14. 10bet reserves the right to eliminate awards and suspend or terminate Player’s account in cases where fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected. This shall include, but is not limited to: bonus abusing, holding more than one account, two tier betting, using a VPN or masking IP address.
15. 10bet reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
