Crypto Terms & Conditions

1. Processing of Deposits and Withdrawals

All cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal transactions are facilitated by an authorised third-party Payment Service Provider (“PSP”). 10bet does not, at any point, receive, hold, or transmit cryptocurrency. All such transactions occur entirely outside of 10bet’s operational infrastructure.

2. Crediting Funds in Rand (ZAR)

When a cryptocurrency deposit is successfully processed by the authorised third-party PSP, both the original cryptocurrency amount and its South African Rand (“ZAR”) equivalent are reflected in the Player’s Multi-Wallet (“Wallet”). These values are displayed for transparency and ease of use and are calculated using exchange rate data from Open Exchange Rates. The displayed value of the cryptocurrency (in ZAR) in the Player’s Wallet is updated automatically based on the latest rates.

All deposit amounts reflected in ZAR must be fully wagered on the 10bet platform before any withdrawal request can be processed. This wagering requirement is a standard condition applied to prevent misuse of the payment system and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and operational risk guidelines.

3. Account and Wallet Security

Players bear sole and exclusive responsibility for maintaining the security and integrity of both their personal crypto wallets and 10bet accounts. 10bet disclaims all liability for any unauthorised activity, loss, or chargeback claims related to crypto-based deposits or withdrawals.

4. Service Access Discretion

10bet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or revoke access to cryptocurrency-based deposit and withdrawal functionality at its sole discretion, without notice or obligation to provide justification.

5. Legitimacy of funds

By initiating a cryptocurrency deposit or withdrawal, the player expressly warrants that the funds are lawfully obtained, not linked to any illicit activity, and that the deposit or withdrawal is being made in full compliance with applicable laws.

6. No Liability for User Error

Players acknowledge that any incorrect entry of wallet addresses, or payment information shall not give rise to any liability on the part of 10bet. It is the player's duty to verify all transactional details prior to submission.

7. No Exchange Functionality or Fiat Conversion

10bet does not provide exchange or conversion services. Cryptocurrency balances are non-convertible into other cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies. For example, funds deposited in Bitcoin (“BTC”) may only be withdrawn in BTC to the originating wallet. Only crypto-to-crypto transactions are permitted.

8. Withdrawal Restrictions

Cryptocurrency withdrawals shall only be processed to the original wallet address used at the time of deposit, to ensure compliance with security and anti-fraud protocols.

9. Dedicated Crypto Wallet Balances

Deposited cryptocurrency funds are allocated to designated wallet balances associated with the specific cryptocurrency type. These balances are maintained separately within the player's account.

10. Wallet overview and Usage

Within the ‘Your Wallet’ interface, players may view cryptocurrency balances and their real time ZAR equivalents. Players may select which eligible crypto balance to apply for wagering purposes and may switch between such balances at their discretion.

11. Wagering Denomination

All bet placements made via cryptocurrency balances are denominated and displayed exclusively in South African Rand (ZAR) across the 10bet platform.

12. Monitoring

You acknowledge and agree that all cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal transactions facilitated by the authorised third-party PSP may be subject to monitoring. The PSP reserves the right to withhold or block proceeds related to any cryptocurrency transaction where legally required to investigate or resolve a dispute, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud or unlawful activity.

13. Recordkeeping

Both 10bet and the PSP may retain records of your cryptocurrency transactions as required under applicable laws and regulatory obligations.

14. Refund Policy

Cryptocurrency transactions processed by the PSP are final and non-refundable.

15. Legal and Compliance Disclosures

You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent required for legal, regulatory, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes, 10bet may share relevant information and documentation related to your cryptocurrency transactions with authorised third parties, including the PSP and applicable regulatory or enforcement authorities.

Such disclosures may be made to:

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., anti-money laundering, taxation, or financial reporting requirements)
  • Support fraud detection, prevention, and risk monitoring
  • Fulfil the PSP’s or 10bet’s obligations under regulatory frameworks

16. Application of Terms

These Crypto Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the general Terms and Conditions governing your use of the 10bet platform.
