How to sign up for a 10bet Account?

  1. Click on the “Join Now” button found at the top right of the home page.
  2. Follow the steps on our registration page.
  3. Confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions.
  4. Click on “Create My Account”.

How to reset my password:

To reset your password, please contact our Customer Support team via email at [email protected]. Alternatively, please contact Customer Support via Live Chat on our website.

How to deposit:

  1. Visit https://www.10bet.co.za and log into your account.
  2. Go to “My Account” and click Deposit.
  3. Choose your preferred deposit method i.e. Credit Card; 1ForYou Voucher; OTT Voucher; OZOW.
  4. Enter the amount you want to deposit.
  5. Click on “Deposit / Top Up Now”.
  6. Enter your credit card details, bank account details or voucher number to complete the deposit.
  7. You will receive a message/email confirming that your deposit was successful.
  8. A successful deposit amount will reflect in your 10bet account immediately.
  9. To keep track of your transactions, visit the “My Account” tab and click on Transaction history.

How to withdraw money:

  1. Visit www.10bet.co.za and log into your account.
  2. Go to “My Account” and click Withdraw.
  3. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
  4. Make sure the requested amount is available to withdraw. If not, your withdrawal request will be rejected.
  5. You will receive a message/email confirming that your withdrawal was successful.

How to place a bet:

  1. Visit www.10bet.co.za and log into your account.
  2. Pick the Category and Sport you want to bet on.
  3. Pick the specific match or a set of matches that you are interested in.
  4. Select the predicted outcome.
  5. Your predictions will appear in the Betslip menu.
  6. Confirm your predictions by clicking “PlaceBet”.
  7. Your predictions will appear in the “My Bets" section.

How to configure Deposit Limit:

Please note that the deposit limit feature will only apply to deposits made using the following methods: Ozow Capitec Deposit, Ozow Deposit, Debit or Credit Card, EFT and Masterpass.

The deposit limit feature will not apply to deposits made using the following methods: 1Voucher ; OTT Voucher ; BluVoucher ; KazangVoucher (EasyPay) and Direct Bank Deposit (Cash deposit).

Deposit limit:

  • Players can set their own deposit limits by clicking here.
  • Players can set one or more than one limit, e.g. daily and weekly, weekly and monthly, etc.
  • Deposit limit amounts can be predefined and configured within the dropdown “Deposit Limits” section.
  • Deposit limits can be removed by selecting “Don't apply limits” from the “Deposit Limits” field dropdown.
  • A validation error will appear if the values of two deposit limits clash: the next selected Deposit limit must exceed the previous one: daily, weekly, monthly (A Player can't simultaneously have a R100 daily limit and a R50 weekly limit).
  • The default-selected option in each dropdown list is "No limit".
  • Players are allowed to change their Deposit limits anytime they wish.
  • Decreasing the Deposit limit (e.g. from R100 to R50) will take effect immediately.
  • Increasing the Deposit limit will take effect after 24 hours (e.g. from R50 to R100).
  • If Deposit limits are already set, an information box will appear with the following message:
  • Lowering Deposit limits will apply immediately whereas increasing any of the Deposit limits will take effect after 24 hours.

Reaching a limit:

  • If a Player is about to reach one of the 3 Deposit limits, the system will return an “error” message, reflecting the remaining amount, and will not process the requested deposit transaction.
  • Error message: “You are allowed to deposit up to {R......} more because you are about to reach your deposit limit. Please contact customer support to change your Deposit limits.”
  • If a Player tries to deposit an amount which exceeds one of the 3 limits the system will return an “error” message and not process the deposit transaction:
  • Error message: "You have reached your daily/weekly/monthly deposit limit. Please contact customer support to change your Deposit limits."
  • Periods of deposit limits are:
  • Daily (24h since calendar day starts, UTC time zone).
  • Weekly (From Mon 00:00:00 until Sunday , 23:59:59 UTC time zone).
  • Monthly (From the 1st of the month 00:00 until the end of the month, UTC time zone).
