To upload your documents:

2. Scroll down and select the “Account Verification” tab.
3. Upload each of the required documents as instructed.

Withdrawals are usually processed instantly or within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), depending on the method you choose.

Available Withdrawal Methods Timeframes:

3. FNB eWallet: Fastest method. Instant withdrawals via OTT First National Bank Wallet.
4. Standard Bank: Fastest method. Instant withdrawals via OTT Standard Bank Instant Money. Use the PIN code received via SMS at any Standard Bank ATM.
5. OZOW EFT Withdrawal: Instant Payout via EFT.
6. Nedbank iMali: Instant withdrawals. Enter your phone number and the payment will be processed to your mobile number.

Deposit limit:

• Please note that the deposit limit feature will only apply to deposits made using the following methods: Ozow Capitec Deposit, Ozow EFT Deposit, Debit or Credit Card, EFT, Masterpass, walletdoc EFT Deposit, walletdoc Capitec Deposit, Apple Pay Deposit and Zapper Deposit. The deposit limit feature will not apply to deposits made using the following methods: 1Voucher, OTT Voucher, BluVoucher, KazangVoucher (EasyPay), direct EFT and ATM deposits and Crypto deposits.
• You are allowed to change your Deposit limits anytime you wish.
